DeploySpace is currently free for all users, so no refunds are applicable today. This policy describes our current position and how refund terms will be introduced if we launch paid services in the future.
01Current Service Model
DeploySpace is currently free for all users:
- Property owners can list commercial properties at no cost. Independent verification, marketing, and inquiry qualification are included.
- Brands and businesses can submit briefs, shortlist properties, and request introductions at no cost.
- Channel partners can apply, list inventory, and receive pre-qualified leads at no cost; commercial terms are governed by the separate Channel Partner Agreement.
02No Refunds Applicable
Because the Service is currently free, no refunds are applicable. DeploySpace does not collect payment from users for use of the Service in its current form, so no refund obligation arises.
03Future Paid Services
We may introduce paid services in the future — examples could include premium listings, brief-acceleration packages, advanced analytics, or curated lead bundles.
- Each paid service will have its own clearly disclosed pricing, scope, and refund terms presented before purchase.
- We will notify registered users of any changes to our commercial model in advance, by email and via in-product notice.
- Continued use of a paid service after refund terms are disclosed constitutes acceptance of those terms for that service.
04Channel Partner Fees and Commissions
Any commissions, success fees, or other amounts payable to or by channel partners are governed by the separate Channel Partner Agreement entered into between the partner and DeploySpace. That agreement contains the binding payout, dispute, and reversal terms for partner-specific amounts.
In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Channel Partner Agreement on commission-related matters, the Channel Partner Agreement governs.

If you have a service-related concern — whether about a paid or free feature — please email contact@deployspace.in. We will acknowledge your message within seven (7) working days and work to resolve it fairly and promptly.
